Pour Your Own Candle

All four of our stores offer pre-poured candles in over 120+ different fragrances, so customers can buy these candles right off the shelf.  All of our stock candles are just one scent, and we don't have any blended candles for sale.  For example, we don't stock an Apple Pie candle, but we do have Apple, Cinnamon, Clove, Whipped Cream and Caramel fragrances that you can blend together to make your own version of Apple Pie. 

This is what makes us unique from other candle stores and brands.  Everyone's nose is different, so here is the chance to blend scents together to create a truly custom candle.  We will help you come up with a blend you will love, and we'll stop you from making a really awful scent mistake that you'll regret later.  Our staff knows what works together and how to get what you like into that candle, and we're ready to help you find the perfect scent for each space in your home and office.

We are set up to pour candles all the time and you don't need a reservation unless you have six or more people in your party.  With that said, we do LOTS of parties with bigger groups - birthday parties, wedding showers, bachelorette parties, book clubs, girl scout troops - you get the picture.  Its recommended that you call ahead to make sure you aren't coming in to pour at the same time as a birthday party with twenty 8 year olds. 

The entire process takes about a half hour from the time you walk in to the store until you're finished pouring your candle.  At that point, your candle takes an additional hour to set up after you make it, which gives you time to grab a drink or a bite to eat or do some shopping at our amazing neighboring businesses.  You can come back an hour later and your candles are bagged up and ready to pick up.  You can also leave them there and come back another day to get them.  We are open on Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 8pm, so you will want to be in the store no later than 6:30pm if you want to get your candles the same day.  We're also open on Sundays from noon to 4pm, so 2:30pm is the cut off time on Sundays.  Again, you can pour your candle after these times, but you won't be able to pick them up until the next day.

Our pre-made candles are $15 if you buy them ready to go off the shelf.  If you want to pour your own candle, you have two options.  You can pay $16 to pour a candle into our stock 8oz jar.  The second option is a family membership, and this is a much better deal.  You will have to pay $10 to buy the membership the first time you pour, and that gets you access to a wide range of jar sizes and styles and gets you a discount on all your candles whether you pour them or buy them off the shelf.  The membership lasts a lifetime and is good at all four of our stores, and its a family membership so your spouse, kids and family in from out of town can all pour under the same $10 membership.  If you think you will ever pour or buy more than one candle from us, the membership is the way to go.
