We are currently hiring for multiple management and event marketing / planning positions throughout our Columbus, OH stores.  As a manager, you’ll be nurturing the awesomeness of our talented and smart team members to create experiences that make us the best part of our customer’s day.  We love people who are flexible and willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen - whether that means pouring candles, setting up an event space, or traveling to another store to help out when needed.  Optimism, enthusiasm, and resilience are keys to success here at The Candle Lab.               

Our stores are open from 11AM - 8PM Monday - Saturday and 12 - 5PM on Sunday, so night and weekend availability is a must.  In return, we’ll promise you a vacation package that is unparalleled in the industry and allows you to spend time with family and friends, travel the world, and sit on the beach for weeks out of the year.  We offer full benefits and competitive pay that rewards you for hitting it out of the park.  Retail and/or event management and operations experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
